We are proud of our software support engineer, Dániel Marcsa, whose article ” Computer testing of a performance module taking  into account parasitic parameters” was published in the magazine Elektrotechnika.

The article presents the determination of the parasitic parameters of a half-bridge power module and its use in circuit simulation. The results of the circuit simulation well show why it is of increasing importance to take into account the determination of the parasitic parameters as the switching frequency increases. Finally, the thermal analysis of the power module presented using the losses of the previous simulation.
